International Shipping: Other than the US, to which countries does Lil-Mule ship?
Lil-Mule ships to countries all over the world. All International shipping locations are listed as options during checkout. HOWEVER, we currently do NOT ship to Hong Kong, China, or Indonesia. NOTE: When placing your order, please confirm your “Shipping Address” is the same as “Billing Address” to ensure passage through the checkout credit verification process.
International Shipping: Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the US?
Yes. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are NOT included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, or if your purchase is returned because it is deemed “un-declared” by your countries shipping/customs representative, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. A 25% restocking fee may also apply.
International Shipping: I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Lil-Mule’s ability to continue exporting products. NOTE: When placing your order, please confirm your “Shipping Address” is the same as “Billing Address” to ensure passage through the checkout credit verification process.
PO BOXES: Can I ship my order to a PO Box (US or International)?

Shipping Cost: How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is determined by the weight & size dimensions of your purchased items, the distance between our warehouse in CA and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (i.e. Ground vs vs Next Day, etc.). You have the option of choosing the Shipping Method during checkout.
Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with USPS or FedEx.
Same Day Shipping: What is Lil-Mule’s cutoff for same day shipping?
Orders placed before 11:00AM PT (1:00PM ET) will usually be processed and shipped on the same day.
Delivery Time Estimates: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 11AM PT.
FedEx Ground, 1-3 days West coast, 4-5 days East coast, a bit longer if you live off the beaten path...
FedEx Standard Overnight, next business day delivery
FedEx International Economy, 3 - 5 business days usually
USPS International, 5 - 20 business days. (NOT Guaranteed - varies widely by country)
NOTE: If you absolutely need your Lil-Mule order to be received by a specific date for an upcoming production, we suggest choosing the appropriate FedEx option. FedEx is a closed loop internationally unlike USPS which must rely on the customer’s country’s Postal System for final delivery, customs clearance, any duties, and tracking information which may vary widely by country.
